Joist & Stud Detector

(quick and easy to use)

• Locates timber wall frames and ceiling joists.
• essential for fixing shelves, hanging cupboards and securing light fittings.
• Requires a PP3 or equivalent 9v alkaline battery (NOT supplied).

Restriction to use:

• The detector is not suitable for use on walls and ceilings insulated with foil or with metallised fire proofing.
• It is not recommended for use on walls of lath and plaster construction, heavily stippled Artex ceilings or "drag" plaster surfaces.

IMPORTANT

The stud and joist detector will not detect plastic pipes. It cannot be used to determine depth.
