Viewing items for sale?
Do not set out on a special journey without contacting us 1st just to be sure we are around, we could be out delivering/collecting. If you are passing J29a of the M1 feel free to drop in. We do not have a showroom but you are always welcome to view any items we have listed on the website prior to purchase.
How will my item be delivered?
Depends on the size of the item, small items will be sent via Royal Mail, larger items will be sent via courier on a 24hr service with online tracking available. The following postcodes will incur a surcharge for delivery and will be sent on a 48hr service with online tracking. If you live in one of the postcode areas below please phone 01246 241896 for a quote or e-mail us prior to purchasing your item.

How soon will you ship my item after payment?
Never later than one working day after cleared payment unless there are some unforeseen circumstances that prevent this in which case we will do our very best to inform you.
Can I collect my item?
Yes, other than items paid for using PayPal, all items paid for using PayPal will be shipped using an online track-able service and to the registered PayPal address only, this is to comply with Pay Pal's own protection policy, unfortunately there is the odd person out there who knows how to abuse the PayPal system, our only protection against this is not to allow items paid for via PayPal to be collected. No exceptions.
Receiving my item?
Please inspect your item thoroughly within 24hrs of receipt for any transit damage, it is rare but unfortunately it can happen, in order to initiate a claim we need to know ASAP, no couriers will entertain late claims, lots of online sellers ask you to inspect on the doorstep, this in reality is not practical hence the 24 hours, please visually check your item within this time and inform us of any transit damage.
